As a kid, I loved the font on the box of the popular board game “Candy Land”. In this tutorial, I show you how to create a custom font inspired by the classic logo! If you’re interested in following along, or just want to skip ahead and use the letters, you can download the example file which contains the complete uppercase alphabet. I’ll take you step by step through the process of creating a pattern pattern brush that you can modify and reuse. From a blank artboard to a finished text effect, I think you’ll find this tutorial very informative, and I have to add, pretty sweet!
Candy Lane Example File + Alphabet
Contains the original pattern used in the video tutorial as well as complete uppercase characters A-Z. Pay as much as you want, but I'm asking for at least $5 for my time. :)
